Can I skip the 10-K if I read the summary?
No. The summary is a map. For a real position, read the filing. AI can miss or flatten risk factors.
PRODUCT — RESEARCH
The company page is the long-form view: what the business is, what the numbers say, who is buying or selling inside, and what peers look like.
A company page pulls together an AI-generated overview from 10-K filings, key financials and valuation metrics, insider trading activity, peer comparison, and access to SEC filings.
Supported tickers also have news, signals, dividends, and in many cases valuation, peers, and supply-chain views. The page is the long-form object. Everything else in Ryxel should be able to land here.
It is meant to shorten the first hour of research. It is not a replacement for reading the filing when you are about to size a position. AI can miss or flatten a risk factor.
We do not publish target prices or ratings. A multiple on this page is a descriptive number. You still write the thesis, if you write one at all.
Step 1
Learn what the business does in a few minutes. Mark the sentences you would not bet money on without the filing.
Step 2
A multiple without a peer is a decoration. See who the page treats as comparable.
Step 3
Form 4 activity is lagged and incomplete. If something looks odd, see whether a story or a filing already explains it.
Step 4
When the idea is real, read the risk factors and the business section yourself. The summary got you to the right pages.
For anyone who will actually read a business, from a first stock to a weekend workup.
A good fit if
This is the handoff. Do not open a random blog first.
Re-read the overview and the latest filing instead of refreshing the chart.
The summary is a map. You will still need the document. That is fine.
Not the right tool if
We do not publish those. If that is the product you want, this is the wrong site.
Coverage is US-listed names we support. Missing tickers are not in the research set yet.
The overview is generated from the filing so the first paragraph is about the business, not a press cycle.
Form 4 activity sits on the same ticker as the statements, so you do not keep a second bookmark for EDGAR.
A multiple only means something next to the companies that actually compete.
When the summary is not enough, open the source document from the same page.
Read the overview and financials before you decide whether the idea deserves a weekend.
See recent Form 4 activity, then check whether news or a filing already explains it.
Compare a handful of metrics against the names the page treats as peers.
Use the summary as a map, then open the 10-K sections you still need to read yourself.
