CUSTOMERS — DIY RESEARCHERS

A research bench that still opens the source filing

DIY RESEARCHERS

You do not want a model portfolio. You want the pieces on one bench so the write-up you keep elsewhere has fewer broken links.

Before and after

Today

EDGAR in one tab, a screener in another, a Form 4 site, a heatmap someone tweeted, and notes that never point back to the same ticker page.

With Ryxel

Screen, open the company, read the summary against the filing, check insiders and peers, and keep politician disclosures in the same product.

THE CHALLENGE

The problem you're up against

Independent research is a logistics problem. The data exists. It does not exist in one place that also remembers the last ticker you had open.

Paid terminals solve this for desks. Consumer tools usually solve it by hiding the filing behind a score. That is the wrong trade.

You want a screener with real field filters, a company page that still opens the 10-K, insiders and peers on the same ticker, and politician disclosures as a lagged extra. You will keep your own notes elsewhere.

If you need a bulk dump or an API, that is RyxelData. This app is the interactive bench. Do not expect a point-in-time fundamentals warehouse.

A TYPICAL WEEK

A workup that starts from a rule

You do not open the app to 'see what's trending.' You write a screen (sector, size, a financial range), save it, and work the survivors. Two or three company pages is a session. Twenty maybes is a failed screen.

On each survivor: overview as a map, financials next to peers, Form 4s, then the filing sections the summary pointed at. News only to explain a number you already care about. Politician prints if you want color, never as a strategy.

If the recap named a theme, you may start from the heatmap, then screen inside that pocket. You still end on the ticker page. Notes get one URL, not four government tabs.

Weekend is for re-reading, not for adding names. Institution portfolios (Gurus) are a lagged look-through if you use them. They are not a model book to copy.

How a workup can run

SCREENER

Define the set

Filter the covered universe. Do not start from a trending list you did not write.

COMPANY

Read the map, then the 10-K

Use the summary to find the sections. Open the filing when the claim is load-bearing.

OWNERS

Check who has been trading

Insiders on the company page. Politician disclosures as a lagged, incomplete extra — never as a strategy.

PEERS

Put the multiple next to someone

Peer comparison is there so a lone valuation number cannot pose as a conclusion.

THE SOLUTION

How Ryxel fits

Ryxel will not replace a spreadsheet you trust, a filing archive you keep, or a write-up you publish. It will keep the first-pass objects together.

If you need bulk historical extracts or an API, that is RyxelData. This app is the interactive bench.

THE RESULT

What changes

Fewer dead tabs. The screener result and the filing live on the same ticker. Your notes can link one URL instead of four.

You still do the thinking. The software stops wasting the first forty minutes.

Built for people who write their own notes

We sit next to your notebook, not in front of it.

Not a sell-side clone

No published ratings, no target prices, no initiation notes with our logo on them.

Not an API

Programmatic access is a different product. This page is the logged-in research UI.

Not complete EDGAR

Filings we surface are the ones the app ingested. Keep a primary source for anything you will bet money on.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export a data dump?

The consumer app is for interactive research. If you need bulk datasets, look at RyxelData on ryxel.io.

Do you cover standardized financials for every filer?

You get key financials and valuation metrics on supported tickers. Do not assume a full point-in-time fundamentals warehouse.

Will Ryxel tell me what to buy?

No. It organizes research and tracking. You make the decisions. Ryxel is not a broker and not a registered investment adviser.

Are politician trades part of a serious process?

They are public disclosures with lag. Use them as color. Do not treat them as a research department.
